Please note: to submit a session (symposium) or a paper (e-poster) you must register in advance for the entire congress (see terms and conditions). 

 

Procedure for a session (symposium), deadline 15.06.2020

Please note, due the corona pandemic the DGPPN Congress will only take place as a digital event. The symposia are scheduled with a duration of 60 minutes this year.

These 60 minutes can be arranged diverse and compact:

  • 3 speakers with 15 minutes per presentation + 15 minutes discussion
  • 3 speakers with 10 minutes per presentation + 30 minutes discussion
  • 4 speakers with 10 minutes per presentation + 20 minutes discussion
  • 4 speakers with 12 minutes per presentation + 12 minutes discussion

Submission of abstracts; deadline 30.09.2020

Speakers of accepted sessions (symposium) are kindly asked to submit the abstracts of their presentations by 30.09.2020 at the latest. Content should not contain more than 2000 characters (approximately to 300 words).

 

Creation and upload of an accepted paper (e-poster), beginning 23.09.2020, deadline 16.11.2020

Please note that the upload service will be available from 23.09.2020 until 16.11.2020. Submission after this deadline will not be possible. The submitter of the accepted e-poster will receice a link from the company estensis via e-mail.

e-poster – technical requirements:

Please submit your poster in either landscape or portrait orientation.

  • Number of pages: 1
  • File format: .pdf or .pptx
  • Poster format: A3
  • Poster size in mm:
    • Landscape 420 width x 297 height
    • Portrait 297 width x 420 height

Conflicts of interest

Every speaker and first author of an e-poster is obligated to report about his/her conflict of interest. This also applies to speakers invited to the congress. Each speaker is required to inform his audience about their industry relationships at the beginning of the presentation. The speaker is recommended to use a PowerPoint slide provided by the DGPPN (see https://www.dgppnkongress.de/teilnehmerinfo/downloads.html).
