What is important to note?

• The participation fee includes participation in all events of the scientific programme.
• In addition to the participation fee, an additional fee is charged for participation in the workshops of the DGPPN Academy for Continuing Education.
• Chairs and speakers of symposia and oral presentations as well as poster authors are not exempt from the participation fee. Please register for the congress first and then submit your papers. If your submission is not included in the scientific programme, you may cancel your participation free of charge until 31 August 2019.
• The scientific committee of the DGPPN reserves the right not to include contributions of speakers who have not paid the participation fee in the congress program.
• If you cancel your participation in the congress until 31 August 2019, the participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of 25% (applies to participants without submission for the scientific programme).

How to register

• Select participant type
  The selection of the type of participant influences the services and prices that can be booked. Once you have made your selection, the system takes you to the appropriate form for creating a new user account.
• DGPPN members (also DGPPN starters) need their membership number to register. Please have it ready.
• Select booking fee and workshops if applicable
• Create new user account
  Please note that you have to create a new user account this year. The login data from previous years are no longer valid. The new user account remains valid and can be used for future congress registrations.
• Confirm booking by paying
  Please pay the participation fee by bank transfer, online bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.
• If your fee category requires proof, please upload it at the end of the booking process.
