Registration Information 2024

Delegates:

Register for conferences, workshops, and other events including the Defence, Security & Space Forum, Automotive Forum, 6G Forum, Design School, Radar School, and the Gala Dinner.

Important to Note: Registration for one conference does not grant access to the others. However, all conference and event passes will give you entry to the EUMW Exhibition.

Advanced Discounted Rate Deadline: 23 August 2024

New for 2024! Lunches are included with all conference/forum and workshop registrations:
- Sunday: lunch boxes provided to delegates
- Monday-Friday: delegates receive a seated lunch

Discounted Packages: Discounts will be automatically applied at checkout for all registrations for a workshop or forum alongside a conference.

Exhibitors:

All exhibitors, including those attending the conference, require exhibitor badges to enter the exhibit hall floor at any time. This applies to everyone working at your booth, even if they're also registered attendees for the conference itself.

Here's how to get your exhibitor badges:

  • Exhibitor administrators must register booth staff to the company's account. This ensures everyone on your team has the proper identification for the exhibit hall.
  • Important note: The exhibitor administrator for your company does not automatically receive a badge. Be sure to register through the exhibitor portal if they need access to the exhibit hall.
  • Your Exhibitor ID can be found on your booth space invoice and starts with the letter "E". This code will also serve as your Exhibitor Registration Code.

Visitors:

Entry to the EUMW 2024 Exhibition ONLY is free for all visitors.

Press:

Journalists must demonstrate their professional standing to receive media credentials for the EUMW. You will need Proof of Professional Status:

    • A business card with your title displayed.
    • A publication masthead listing your name as part of the editorial team.
    • Recent articles by you.

Your media accreditation will be confirmed only after a review and approval of all your submitted credentials.
